On the flip side it can also be used to build confidence, resilience and motivation as well as living a richer and more meaningful life. QTT incorporates fundamentals of positive psychology, neuroscience and neuro-linguistics. It works on the premise that it is practically impossible to achieve new positive outcomes in life if we continue to run the same old disempowering subconscious patterns that got us stuck in the first place.
Fiona guides clients through a unique process, uncovering those unconscious patterns, belief systems and other factors that have been holding them back from what they want to achieve and how they want to feel.
Following this uncovering, gentle QTT techniques are applied, guiding the client to render the disempowering patterns inactive and replacing them with new, positive, enriching belief systems, confident thought processes and empowering new patterns.
