About me

Whilst Fiona is a ball of positive, fun and loving energy, she also takes her commitment to the wellbeing of her clients extremely seriously. This is demonstrated by her ongoing unquenchable thirst to learn more through her decades of ongoing formal learning as well as the fact that she’s rarely more than an arm’s length away from a number of health-related books.

In fact we’ve learned on good authority that the question of how many such books she should bring on her much-needed and well deserved holidays is a matter of intense negotiation which is not for the faint-hearted.
